The Vivon Stone Edge Chair project began in early 2014, with production commencing in February 2015. Throughout the design process, the team faced various challenges, including finding the perfect density of foam for each chair section to ensure optimal support and comfort. However, their dedication to creating a foam chair that rivals the comfort of memory foam mattresses paid off.
